Ford prepared unique version of Mustang called Apollo Edition, for the 2015 EAA AirVenture event (Experimental Aircraft Association). This Mustang is going to be sold at auction on July 23, on the mentioned event. It is based on the Mustang GT model and it is characterized by white and black color scheme which draws inspiration from NASA’s Apollo program. All funds generated from the auctions will be donated to EAA program for young education including Young Eagles program, which has provided free flights for more than 1.9 million young people since 1992. Exterior and interior
The vehicle received a front splitter made of carbon fiber, rear diffuser and LED lights underneath the vehicle which symbolize the entry into the atmosphere of the Apollo spacecraft. The car consists of white and black elements and American flag as a motif. All exterior has very aggressive and muscle design as all Mustang’s have. Other details about this model are sport tuned suspension and 21-inch Forgiato wheels which show Brembo brakes with six pistons.
The unique style of 2015 Ford Mustang Apollo Edition continues in the cabin, where we can see the leather sports seats with white ornaments and contrasting steppe. The rear seats have been removed and replaced with leather covering which also has a variety of details that are reminiscent of the Apollo program. This unique model also has special floor mats, modified instrument group as well as unique tile trims.

As we said at the beginning this car is going to be sold on the auction at EAA AirVenure in Oshkosh on July 23 and all funds will be donated to EAA program.
